If we’re serious about hospital capacity and saving lives, we need to start educating the public about getting healthy.

In the early days of the pandemic we were ridiculed for encouraging people to get healthy.

“We don’t have time for exercise…no expert is even talking about whole nutrition right now,” naysayers said.
