Keto Dessert: Coconut Chocolate Pudding

Learn to Make Low-Carb Chocomint Pudding

Sometimes we all need a post-dinner treat (without sugar). This recipe is one of my favorites and after lots of testing, this dessert will not kick you out of ketosis or spike your blood sugar.

(Note: you can also make this using an ice cream maker, but that's not necessary!)

Chocomint Pudding Ingredients

1 Can Cold Coconut Milk (store for 5 hours in fridge)
2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tbs Raw Cacao Powder
Peppermint to taste
Coconut Flakes & Dark Chocolate Chips
