Thank you so much! Your persistence in keeping up with these updates gives me hope. I always check the sources and yours have held up 100% of the time. Excellent work – you’re a much better promoter and educator of public health than the public health officials who have been causing immense distrust. Thank you for keeping reporting objective!
Thanks, Shaney!!

Mike,
So glad to see you come around to those of us who have been talking about this since early 2020. I always appreciate your deepdive into the literature and so happy to see you call out tribalism. Look forward to seeing you at Environmental Health Symposium 2022 w Dr. Peter McCullough MD.
Nice to touch in w you again,
Lyn Patrick ND
Hi Lyn!
It’s crazy how many people (including many professionals who you and I both know) have been unable to see what’s been going on for the past 22 months.

Um, Mike, when I read the paper from the CDC, it was the vaccinated who had 6 times the protection.
But that doesn’t mean I believe their conclusions.
Please make sure you’re reading the correct reference, I linked two articles there.
I looked at the references, because I could not find this info directly on the CDC website… Where can I find the one that said those w natural immunity were 55 percent more protected? The one I just read almost sounded like natural immune were 5 percent more likely to get it and that we should rush to get the shot,,,what the heck.
What is added by this report?
Among COVID-19–like illness hospitalizations among adults aged ≥18 years whose previous infection or vaccination occurred 90–179 days earlier, the adjusted odds of laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 among unvaccinated adults with previous SARS-CoV-2 infection were 5.49-fold higher than the odds among fully vaccinated recipients of an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine who had no previous documented infection (95% confidence interval = 2.75–10.99).
What are the implications for public health practice?
All eligible persons should be vaccinated against COVID-19 as soon as possible, including unvaccinated persons previously infected with SARS-CoV-2.
Hi Drizzly,
All studies mentioned are at the bottom of this page; the conclusion from October’s paper was 5.5 time more protected if vax VS prior infection.
