A 12-week study comparing healthy low-carb diets to 10-hour time-restricted eating(TRE) found a major win for low-carb enthusiasts. Over 28 weeks of follow-up, participants in the low-carb group not only achieved better fat loss but maintained their healthy body composition more effectively.
