What do you suggest I use instead of seed oils? I have clarified butter and cocoanut oil (would that be considered a seed oil?)
Butter (imo), coconut oil, avocado oil, and olive oil are all great. I’ve heard some good things about rendered duck fat and some people even favor lard over seed oils. But the duck fat and lard are both things I’d like to find out more info on before actually bringing them into my life.
