4 zucchini sliced thin (a Mandolin can be used)
Hickory Bacon Salt
Preheat oven 225°F.
Wash and slice zucchini.
Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper evenly.
Brush a couple of passes with ghee butter.
Season lightly with bacon salt.
Bake in oven for 2 hours or until crisp!
Store in air tight container after cooled to room temperature.
