2 cups coconut flakes
1 tbsp ghee or coconut oil
Dash sea salt
Dash cinnamon (optional)
Dash fresh lemon juice
Grease frying pan with your ghee butter or coconut oil generously. Set temperature to medium heat.
Add coconut flakes and stir frequently until they look golden.
Add dash of salt and dash of fresh lemon juice (optional). Dash of cinnamon (optional).
Store in airtight container.
