Ingredients and Recipe

These are a family favorite! Give them a try.

(For those who count macros, the total net carbs for this is approx 5 grams per serving (2 waffles)).

Here's the full recipe (makes approx. four waffles):

Wet Ingredients:

1/3 Cup Almond Milk
2 eggs
2 Tbsp Strawberry extract
Liquid stevia (optional)

Dry Ingredients:

1/3 Cup coconut flour
1/3 Cup flax seeds
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp XYMOGEN Fit Food Whey or Seeking Health Optimal Protein Powder
1 Cup Sliced strawberries

Step #1: blend all wet ingredients and then add dry ingredients together. (Batter will be thick!)
Step #2: Fold in berries.
Step #3: Spray Begium waffle maker with coconut oil spray
Split batter into 4 (waffles)
Step #4: Cook each for 1.5-2 minutes until golden.
Optional Step #5: spray Belgium waffle maker again and cook your eggs in it! Slip them in between each layer to make an egg sandwich, with ghee butter on each waffle.
Add Maple Syrup or Vitasyrup on top!

  1. The ingredients listed don’t match the ingredients in the video. When I saw the ingredients listed, I thought, I can’t find two of those ingredients, so I won’t try it.
When I was watching the video, I thought, those ingredients are easier obtainable, and I could copy and make that. Could you please list the ingredients given in the video, as I don’t want to play and pause for every ingredient.

      • Thanks, Mike. What about the Whey or protein powder, that is not something that is on everyone’s shelf. And I didn’t see her put it in.
